Alliance with Beech Street - PPO PlanThe Alliance with Beech Street provides you and your family with access to a broad range of physicians and health care facilities available across the state and nationwide making it a great network for anyone who lives out-of-state, travels frequently, or has children away at school.
Aspirus w/Beech Street - PPO PlanThis regional network offers convenient access to physicians and providers located in north central Wisconsin, serving the following counties: Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Taylor, and Wood.
HealthEOS with Beech Street - PPO PlanThis regional network provides broad access to quality providers offering a full range of health care services, striking a balance between cost and choice. Members covered under HealthEOS can visit selected providers within the service area and throughout the state.
HealthEOS Plus with Beech Street - PPO PlanThis regional plan provides broad access to quality providers offering a full range of health care services, striking a balance between cost and choice. Members covered under HealthEOS Plus plan can visit selected providers within the service area and throughout the state. HealthEOS Plus availability is plan design dependent.

The core network spans Nebraska, Iowa and eastern South Dakota, with providers in portions of adjoining states including Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. When searching for providers on the Beech Street website, only those providers located outside of Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin will be covered under your plan (please read the page at the link below for more information). Northern w/ Beech Street & Cofinity (Upper MI)This regional network offers broad access to providers located in north central and northwestern Wisconsin as well as parts of Minnesota.
SelectCare with Beech Street - PPO PlanAs a health benefits administrator, SelectCare offers a full-range of products, services and networks to members throughout South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota. SelectCare is not available in Wisconsin. Southern w/Beech Street & First Health (Iowa/Nebraska) - PPO PlanThis regional network offers access to provider in south central Wisconsin as well as parts of Illinois and Iowa.
Statewide, FirstHealth, Cofinity (Upper MI), and Beech Street
The WPS Statewide Network allows access to providers throughout Wisconsin with additional providers available in Upper Michigan through the PPO Midwest Network (PPOM).
The Beech Street National Network complements the Statewide Network by providing additional access to providers outside of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Western Preferred w/Beech Street - PPO PlanThis regional network is ideal for groups and individuals situated in western Wisconsin. WPS Participating - CMB or BMM PlanWPS Participating Providers agree to accept WPS' allowed amounts as payment in full, so claims will not have any UCR billing disputes. You may, however, be billed for any co-insurance, copayments, and deductible amounts and/or non covered services. To search for providers in this network, click on the link below.
