Password Requirements for Standard Users

Standard passwords must be:
9 to 20 characters long and contain at least:

  • 1 letter (A-z);
  • 1 number (0-9);
  • 1 of the following special characters # $ % & _ -
    (Use of other special characters will not be recognized)
  • Passwords will not be reused from the previous list of 5 passwords used;
    We recommend passwords not contain: Your first name, last name, username, or dictionary words.

Password Requirements for Administrative Users

If you have administrative privileges, your password must be:
15 to 20 characters long and contain at least:

  • 2 upper case letters (A-Z);
  • 2 lower case letters (a-z);
  • 2 numbers (0-9);
  • 2 of the following special characters # $ % & _ -
    (Use of other special characters will not be recognized)
  • Passwords will not be reused from the previous list of 24 passwords used;
    We recommend passwords not contain: Your first name, last name, username, or dictionary words.

Forgot your password?

Please use the Forgot Password page to request a new temporary password so you can log in to your account. You must have successfully logged in at least once with your current password in order to use the Forgot Password function.

When you successfully log in using the temporary password, you will be asked to change it to a password only you know.

My account has been locked

This will happen after three unsuccessful log in attempts within an hour. The account will be locked for 60 minutes. You have three options:
